Privacy policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit tryian.co and join the IAN waitlist. IAN (“we” or “us”) operates this site. If you have a question, email support@ianwellness.co.
What we collect when you join
When you sign up, we collect:
- Your email address.
- The date and time you signed up.
- The site you signed up on (tryian.co).
- The website that sent you to us, if your browser shares it. We keep only the site’s address, such as https://instagram.com, never the full link.
That is everything we save from the form. We also check a hidden field that catches spam bots, then discard it.
How we use it
We use your email address to tell you when IAN launches and to send occasional updates about IAN. We do not sell or rent your email address.
Where your information goes
The signup form sends your information to our server, which is hosted by Hostinger. Our server checks it and uses Google Apps Script to add it to a private Google Sheet. Only the people who run IAN and its website can open the sheet.
The companies that help us are Hostinger (hosting), Google (Sheets and Apps Script), Adobe (Fonts) and our web agency, which runs this site on IAN’s behalf. We have not chosen an email service provider yet. When we use one to send emails, we will name it here.
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where these companies operate. We share it only with these companies, or when the law requires it.
Your IP address
We do not store your IP address or browser details with your signup. Our signup service checks your IP address briefly in memory to block abuse, such as repeated automated signups, and never writes it down. It also holds your email address in memory for up to an hour, so a second click does not add you twice.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs of your IP address, the time, the page you asked for, the page that linked you here and your browser’s user agent (a short description of your browser and device). Signups are not written to these logs. If a request fails, a separate error log may record your IP address and the page you came from. Both logs are used for security and troubleshooting, and are deleted automatically after about two weeks.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising pixels. Our font provider counts page views, as described below.
Adobe Fonts
Our body font loads from Adobe Fonts, so your browser connects to Adobe, which receives your IP address and browser details and counts page views for font licensing. Adobe handles that information under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need the waitlist.
Your choices and rights
When we start sending emails, each one will include an unsubscribe link. You can also email support@ianwellness.co to ask us to:
- Show you the information we hold about you.
- Correct it.
- Remove you from the waitlist.
- Stop sending you emails.
When you ask, we remove your email address from the waitlist. An older copy may remain in the sheet’s version history, which only the people who run IAN and its website can see, and our server logs delete themselves after about two weeks.
People in some places, such as California, the EU and the UK, have extra rights under local law.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, email support@ianwellness.co and we will remove it.
Security
We use HTTPS and restrict access to the Google Sheet. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
